8. Data Retention

- Payment Records: Financial transaction records are retained for 8 years as required by the Income Tax Act, 1961.
- Inactive Accounts: Accounts inactive for 3 years will be flagged for review. We will notify you before deletion and offer data export options.
- Marketing Data: Contact information used for marketing is retained until you opt out or withdraw consent.
Upon account deletion request, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

For our AI Fluency programs designed for younger learners (ages 16-18), parental or guardian consent is required before account creation. Parents/guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's personal information by contacting us.
