1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AARIVON EdTech Private Limited ("AARIVON", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of our AI education and training platform, including all courses, learning materials, placement services, community forums, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, enrolling in a course, accessing our platform, or using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services. Your continued use of the Services following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Services Description
AARIVON provides practical AI education and career transformation services in India, including but not limited to:
- Training Programs: Live instructor-led and self-paced courses in AI engineering, AI agent development, machine learning, data science, generative AI, and related disciplines
- Learning Management System (LMS): Access to our proprietary platform for course content, assignments, quizzes, progress tracking, and certification
- Placement Support: Resume preparation, LinkedIn profile optimisation, mock interviews, candidate profile sharing with hiring partners, interview scheduling, and salary negotiation guidance
- Community Access: Peer learning groups, mentorship sessions, industry webinars, and alumni network
- Career Resources: Interview question banks, project templates, industry guides, and job market insights
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that may adversely affect enrolled students.
3. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must meet the following criteria:
- Age: You must be at least 16 years of age. Individuals under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
- Educational Background: Specific courses may have prerequisite educational requirements, which will be clearly stated on the course page. Our AI Engineer program typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline, or demonstrated programming proficiency.
- Technical Requirements: You must have access to a computer with stable internet connectivity (minimum 4 Mbps), a modern web browser, and any additional software requirements specified for your course.
- Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts and enrolments if eligibility criteria are not met.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Account Creation
To access our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to keep your account information updated at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to:
- Use a strong, unique password for your AARIVON account
- Enable two-factor authentication where available
- Not share your account credentials with any third party
- Notify us immediately at support@aarivon.in of any unauthorised access or security breach
- Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
AARIVON will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Account sharing, credential selling, or allowing unauthorised access is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
4.3 Account Usage
Each account is intended for individual use only. Commercial use, resale of access, or use for training third parties without our express written permission is prohibited. We reserve the right to monitor account activity and restrict access if misuse is detected.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Course Fees
All course fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) on our website and are inclusive of applicable GST. Fees must be paid in full or through approved EMI instalments before course commencement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and approved EMI partners. All payment processing is handled through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.
5.3 EMI/Installment Plans
EMI options are available through our partner financial institutions. By choosing EMI, you enter into a separate loan agreement with the EMI provider. Default on EMI payments may result in suspension of platform access and reporting to credit bureaus as per RBI guidelines.
5.4 Refunds
Our refund policy is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review the refund policy before making a purchase.
5.5 Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and charges imposed by governmental authorities. We collect and remit GST as required under Indian law. If you are exempt from GST, you must provide valid exemption documentation before enrolment.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content
All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to video lectures, course materials, code examples, assignments, quizzes, presentations, documentation, software, design elements, trademarks, and logos ("AARIVON Content"), is the exclusive property of AARIVON EdTech Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the AARIVON Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes during your active enrolment. This licence does not permit:
- Reproduction, distribution, or public display of course materials
- Creation of derivative works from our content
- Removal of copyright or proprietary notices
- Reverse engineering of any platform software or systems
- Use of our trademarks without prior written consent
- Recording, downloading, or scraping video lectures or live sessions
- Sharing login credentials to allow multiple users to access content
6.2 Student Projects
You retain ownership of any original projects, code, or work product that you create during your course. However, you grant AARIVON a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and distribute your projects (with attribution) for promotional, educational, and portfolio showcase purposes. If you wish to opt out of this licence for specific projects, you must notify us in writing before project submission.
6.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to AARIVON may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you. We appreciate your input in helping us improve our Services.
7. Code of Conduct
All users of our platform are expected to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity and professional behaviour. By using our Services, you agree to:
7.1 Academic Integrity
- Submit only original work for assignments and projects; plagiarism is strictly prohibited
- Not use unauthorised aids during assessments or examinations
- Not engage in cheating, collusion, or any form of academic dishonesty
- Properly cite all sources and references used in your work
- Not use AI-generated content for assessments unless explicitly permitted by the instructor
7.2 Respectful Behaviour
- Treat all instructors, staff, mentors, and fellow students with respect and professionalism
- Not engage in harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or abusive language
- Not share content that is defamatory, obscene, or unlawful
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other users
7.3 Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
- Introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Scraping, data mining, or automated data collection
- Interfering with or disrupting the platform's infrastructure
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Using the platform to send unsolicited communications
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including written warnings, suspension, expulsion from the course without refund, and legal action where warranted.
8. Termination
8.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to course materials and the platform will cease. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
8.2 Termination by AARIVON
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to Services immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms or the Code of Conduct
- Fraudulent payment activity or chargeback abuse
- Account sharing or credential misuse
- Illegal activity or actions that harm other users or AARIVON
- Failure to meet course prerequisites after enrolment
- Non-payment of fees or EMI defaults
In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be provided. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for damages resulting from violations.
8.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all licences granted to you will cease, and you must immediately discontinue use of all course materials. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, and governing law will survive termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
9.2 No Guaranteed Outcomes
While we strive to provide high-quality education and placement support, we do not guarantee:
- Any specific salary, job role, or placement outcome
- Employment with any particular employer or within a specific timeframe
- That course completion will lead to job offers
- Specific career advancement or income increases
Placement statistics and salary figures shared on our platform represent historical averages and are not predictive of individual outcomes. Your results depend on numerous factors including your effort, prior experience, market conditions, and employer requirements.
9.3 Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AARIVON's total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to AARIVON in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9.4 Force Majeure
AARIVON shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through informal negotiation and mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by both parties. The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through:
- Email notification to your registered email address at least 15 days in advance
- A prominent notice on our platform
- Updated effective date at the top of this page
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use and may be eligible for a pro-rata refund as per our Refund Policy.
